Situation
A major integrated national oil and gas company with extensive offshore operations seeks a planning solution to schedule more than 16,000 activities that share several resources (e.g., bed spaces, flight schedules, crews, etc.) across multiple organizational units and minimize schedule production deferment.

Situation
During the COVID, a consulting firm working on the Asset Reference Plan for an Operator received more than 2,000 files with undecipherable file names and buried deep in file folder structures.
The consultants who were working from remotely in different time zones struggled to locate the information they needed for their work and in one milestone meeting shared preliminary results that failed to consider all the pertinent data.
